Scope of Services & Non-Therapy Disclaimer: This consultation focuses on personal goals, mindset, and future action plans, and is NOT therapy, counseling, medical care, psychological diagnosis, or legal/financial advice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Client can cancel appointment anytime. There are no refunds for client cancelations or missed appointments. Rescheduling is not permitted. If consultant cannot keep scheduled appointment- refund is made back to the original payment method used. If original payment method is no longer available, consultant is not held responsible for refund.

Confidentiality & Exceptions: Client communications remain private with legal exceptions (such as imminent self harm, harm to others, or abuse disclosure as required by law).

Data Security: Client understands that the use of technology is not always secure and client accepts the risk of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype, and any other technology.

Liability Waiver & No Guarantees: The client holds full responsibility for their own well-being during consultation, after consultation and in-regards to the client's own life choices and decisions. Specific outcomes or results are not guaranteed. For legal purposes, client understands that consulting is currently an unregulated industry and that the consultant is not "licensed" by any United States governing body to provide this type of consultation even though consultations may take place in The United States or elsewhere. Client understands that consultation services are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Client also understands that the consultant is not acting as a mental health counselor or medical professional. Furthermore, if your consultant is ordered by court to provide information or to testify, they will do so to the extent the law requires.

Termination Clause: Either party (client or consultant) can end the consultation during the scheduled time for any reason. Consultant reserves the right to refuse service or cancel booking with appropriate refund as stated above.
